Abstract :
The aim of this study was to develop a model of human resource adjustment in the Islamic Azad University of Tehran and in a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) mix. In the qualitative part, 14 experts in the field of human resources and managers and experts of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran using targeted sampling and snowballs to achieve theoretical saturation and in the quantitative part 178 people in the statistical population 280 people by stratified random Cochran's formula was chosen. Dimensions, components and characteristics of the model through coding in the foundation data method in six main categories: "Reasons for requiring human resource lay‐offs ", "Human resource lay‐offs development system", "Human resource lay‐offs management system", "Human resource lay‐offs environment", "Human resource lay‐offs strategies", "Human resource lay‐offs" consequences" were identified. And the findings of structural equation modeling method with Smart PLS software showed that all dimensions and components have an appropriate and acceptable impact factor in the model.
