“Life Space” Journal has had a publishing license since 16/08/2020 under the number 99/S/21310 from the General Department of Research and Postgraduate Studies in Humanities and Arts of the Central Organization of Islamic Azad University. This Journal will be published based on the decision of the seventh session of the Publications and Scientific Documents Commission of the High Research Council on 11/05/2020.
The scope of the journal is human’s living space in the architectural and urban spaces:
- Historical, art, anthropological, and sociological studies of the human’s lived space in the architecture, urbanism, and landscape architecture in Iran and the world
- Providing a ground for interdisciplinary studies regarding the relationship between the human’s lived space and the various art fields (visual and applied arts)
- Establishing a relationship between the living and dwelling spaces of the human in public (urban spaces) and private spaces (building architecture)
- Developing the scope of the implemented studies on the space in the architecture (building architecture and urban architecture), urban design and planning, landscape architecture, and art
- Presenting the research findings regarding the effectiveness of the natural, cultural, ethnic, social, and historical factors in creating the living space of the human
- Developing the knowledge and awareness regarding the interaction between the human, his experiences, and perceptions of the living space
