Abstract :
Based on the results, the current research is in the category of applied research and based on the type of data, mixed (qualitative-quantitative), and based on the purpose of a descriptive survey. We came to an opinion by using the snowball sampling method and in the quantitative part, the statistical population of 269 professors of management and educational sciences departments, based on Cochran's formula, 159 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random method. . Data collection was done in the library and field, and the necessary tools in the qualitative part of the semi-structured interview, whose validity and reliability were used, respectively, using content validity and intra-coder (94%) and inter-coder (86%) reliability. It was confirmed, and the quantitative part of the questionnaire to determine the current and desired situation has content validity and its reliability is Cronbach's alpha of 0.89. In the qualitative part of the research, the obtained data were analyzed using MAXQDA software and the coding process, and in the quantitative part, the fuzzy Delphi method and SPSS software were analyzed. The results obtained from the pairwise comparison test show that the significance level of all factors is less than the significance level of 0.05, which shows that the average scores of the two situations (available and desired) are not the same and considering the difference in the averages It should be said that the ideal situation has a higher average than the current situation.
