Designing a model for the role of women entrepreneurship in the tourism industry with the approach of creative city development and sustainable urban development in Gorgan

Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to design a model of the role of women entrepreneurship in the tourism industry with the approach of creative city development and sustainable urban development in Gorgan. The research method is hybrid (quantitative, qualitative). The statistical population includes university professors. In the qualitative stage, the purposive sampling method was used, and in the quantitative phase, the proportional stratified sampling method was used, and the method (field interview, researcher-made questionnaire) was used to collect information. The collected responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics techniques (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (correlation and independent t-groups) using SPSS and Lisrel software. Findings showed that the main components of women's entrepreneurship in the tourism industry (economic factors, social factors, cultural factors, participatory factors, infrastructure factors, technical and educational factors, and creativity and innovation). The results also showed that among the views of institutional and operational levels in ranking women entrepreneurship in the tourism industry, economic factors, social factors, cultural factors, participatory factors, infrastructure factors, technical and educational factors, and creativity and innovation are the most important and the least important, respectively In entrepreneurship, women are in the tourism industry.
