Abstract :
Safety, resilience and sustainability are necessary to achieve the sustainable development of tourism destinations. Resilience describes the capacity of a system to absorb changes and optimally continue the process. The prosperity of the tourism industry depends on its resilience and sustainability. Evidence has been found that due to the decrease of dynamic resilience, sustainable tourism in Kish Island is endangered. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effective factors in the dynamic resilience of tourism in Kish Island and to determine the status of sustainable tourism in Kish Island and to investigate the relationship and determine the role of resilience in sustainable tourism of this island. This research is descriptive-analytical and applied in purpose. The data has been collected in the library and in the field. To evaluate the sustainable development of tourism, the Eftekhari Sustainable Tourism Development Standard Questionnaire (2012) was used, and the researcher-made questionnaire was used to measure dynamic resilience. The statistical population in 3 classes included officials, institutions and tourists (N=92530). The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula, 383 people, and the stratified method was used for sampling. The data were analyzed in Spss23, Lisrel and Limdeep software. The results of the Discovery factor analysis showed that the factors of collective identity, social security, support and relationships, integrated planning and participation, effective management and leadership are respectively 18.9%, 14.42%, 10.99% and 9.86% cause of the dynamic resilience of Kish Island tourism. The results of the path analysis showed that resilience plays a role in the development of tourism sustainability by influencing cultural development (P<0.0001), environmental development (P<0.0001), and economic (P<0.0001) and social development (P<0.0001). Therefore, in order to maintain sustainability in the tourism of Kish Island, it is suggested to pay attention to the components of resilience and the existing environmental conditions of this island, which is the consequence of not paying attention to dynamic resilience, should be reviewed.
