TThe Relationship Between Mental Disorders, Job Satisfaction with Marriage Satisfaction in Gachsaran Oil Industry Married Women Employees

Abstract :

This  research  intended  to  study  the  relationship between  mental  disorder,  job  satisfaction  with  personnel  marriage  satisfaction. The sample included 150 women employees who were selected based on clustering random sampling. The tests of  this research  included  : Enrich  Marriage  Satisfaction  Questionnaire   , Symptom  Checklist 90–Revised  ( SCL 90–R ) and  Job  Satisfaction Scale. Statistical methods included Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis. Data  analysis  indicated  that  there  were  significant  relationship  between  mental  health  and marriage satisfaction (P<0.0001). There was a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and marriage satisfaction (P<0.0001). There  were  also  significant multi  correlations  between  mental health، job  satisfaction  and  marriage  satisfaction(P<0.0001) .
