Abstract :
When undesirable genes are seen in a homozygous condition is often fatal. The rate of fatal fetal growth may begin very early stages, it is in fact a defeat for dairy cattle breeders. This study aimed to analyze population trends and estimates of inbreeding buffaloes was conducted. All pedigrees of Animal Breeding Center and improve production during the years 1361 to 1385 were collected. The data regulars in Excel and then sort of kinship Miocene and Leo were determined by the algorithm were analyzed by SAS9.1. The results showed that the process of inbreeding is increasing. The average inbreeding coefficient of inbreeding 0/15 percent, the highest 25% and lowest inbreeding was zero. The significant inbreeding (p<0/01). The annual changes inbreeding coefficient 0/07 percent. The total number of animals founder, effective number of founders and non-founders of animals, respectively 570, 367 and 1110 head, respectively.
