Abstract :
Isfahan is the third largest city in Iran in terms of population. The urban structure of Isfahan has created urban green spaces due to the ossification of the Zayandeh Rood River and its side border. Therefore, the urban green spaces and parks are centrally located next to the Zayandeh River and parts of the historical context. Large parts of the city of Isfahan do not have proper urban parks. Therefore, the development of green spaces in the city of Isfahan should include the access of densely populated residential areas to green spaces and parks. On the other hand, there is a serious shortage of usable parks and green spaces in the city of Isfahan. The research method of this research, is by distributing questionnaires from urban planning experts and university professors weighting the location indicators of green spaces and urban parks, and then checking satellite photos and spatial analysis through GIS software to prioritize The location of green spaces discussed. To pay attention to the areas that do not have enough green space in the future and avoid spatial inequality as much as possible in the city of Isfahan. The results show that the selected and suitable areas for new urban parks to promote spatial justice are in the east of Isfahan located in the southwest of the 15th municipal area, in the north of Isfahan a common area between the 8th, 12th, and 7th municipal areas and in the south Isfahan, a common area has been obtained in areas 6 and 5 of Isfahan municipality.
