Investigating the Experience of Consolidation Technique in the Renovation of Urban Waste Tissues ( Case Study : District 1 and 2 of Region 15 of Tehran)

Abstract :

Abstract

The research has been carried out by survey method. The data were collected using a questionnaire and the method of stratified random sampling. The population of the study consisted of citizens aged 24-80 years living in area 15 (districts 1 and 2 ) Is in Tehran. Theoretical fundamentals of research have been used from various theories in geography and urban planning, and in the end, an appropriate theoretical framework has been proposed. Finally, using descriptive and inferential statistics and using the spss software, the collected data. Marital status also has no meaningful relationship. Also, one-sample t-test showed that the cognitive, aesthetic, and practical experience of residents of the implementation of the aggregation plan was moderate and good.
Based on the correlation coefficients of the initial research model, it has been found that the social effects of elongate texture restoration have no effect on the type of neighborhoods, . Then, based on the path analysis model, the two components of the economic effects of the aggregation plan including revenues, expenses and investment were also eliminated due to the lack of significant correlation of the model. Finally, based on the path analysis, the socio-economic implications of rebuilding the accumulated tissue, the direct effects of the combination of modernized texture on participation (0.47) and security (0.36), sense of belonging (0.38), social services (0.33) Land and housing (0.40). Also, with regard to the beta coefficient, it was found that the greatest effect of aggregation method is on increasing the participation rate of residents.
