Determining and Prioritizing Appropriate Solutions to Reduce the Administrative Costs of Public Translation in Shiraz Metropolis Through Time Management (Case Study: The City Train)

Abstract :

The purpose of this study was to determine and prioritize suitable solutions to reduce the administrative costs of public transportation (the city train) in Shiraz with the help of time management. The research is applied for the purpose and according to the mixed method (qualitative and quantitative). In the qualitative section of the statistical community, 10 construction management experts were formed in the field of urban train projects, which were selected as purposefully. The statistical community of the quantitative research section was composed of 35 experts and managers of the urban train project in Shiraz, with 32 people They were selected as a sample by simple random sampling through Morgan table. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the information. Using the principles and components of the study, experts and experts considered their validity as formal and qualitative. Data analysis was performed using fuzzy AHP method. Results indicate that the project scheduling, the estimation of operating time and the system for planning and scheduling the project for the urban train were ranked first, estimating the resources of the activity and providing the software of the resource database system. The need for activities is ranked second, providing the WBS system for the urban train project in the third place, optimizing the time by employing the efficient manpower, ranking fourth and the rest in the next ranks.
