A Comparative Study of The Physical - Environmental Impacts of The Quality of Life in Cities, Evidences from Ajabshir and Bonab

Abstract :
This study measures the environmental indicators of subjective assessments to study the physical aspects of quality of life, , therefore a comparative study of the impact of the physical - environment, quality of life is in cities Ajabshir and Bonab. So in order to achieve the goal of this research, the applied research and the analytical methods Using documentary and field studies by questionnaire tool was used. To determine sample size and sampling method, respectively sample size Cochran Method and Random Cluster Sampling was used. In analysis of data, Independent-Samples T Test, Exploratory Factor Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression (Enter Method) in SPSS 22.0 was used. For validity and reliability of questionnaire, respectively Content Validity, (opinion of Planning-related experts) and the Cronbach's alpha value that has been estimated at more than 0.7 was used.
The results of the data analysis revealed the differences in physical - environmental dimensions of quality of life in the two cities with the amount of 0.718 in Ajabshir, and the amount of 0.741 in Bonab. So the city Bonab compared to Ajabshir Have greater level of quality of life in the physical – environment dimension. On the one hand between the physical – environment dimension of quality of life in Ajabshir the highest and lowest aspects related to content and physical and in Bonab the highest and lowest aspects related to performance and content. Finally, according to the results of the study suggestions to improving the quality of life in two cities presented.
