Determining the effective factors on participatory management in the development of intra-city transportation infrastructures Case study of the 5th district of Tehran

Abstract :

Tehran Transportation is one of the main aspects of urban life and as a prerequisite and infrastructure for development, it has a fundamental and efficient role in the fertility of the facilities and potential talents of societies, which, through the movement of cargo and passengers, is an inseparable link between various factors of growth and development. Development provides, therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the effective factors on participatory management in the development of intra-city transportation infrastructures (case study of Tehran's 5th district). Based on the purpose, this research is an applied research, and in terms of the research method, it is descriptive correlation type. The statistical population of this research includes all employees in the field of transportation and providing services in the 5th district of Tehran It is in 1402. According to the received statistics, 203 experts are working in different fields. The statistical sample was determined to be 107 based on the Cochran formula. Discussion and conclusion: The results obtained from the exploratory factor analysis method showed that the five factors of attitude to participation (4.49), management factors (4.18), cultural background (14) 4/4), executive factors (2/29) and organizational structure (2/08) were effective on the development of intra-city transportation infrastructure. Also, based on the results of multivariate regression, among the five identified factors, four executive factors, cultural context, attitude to participation and factors Management had a positive effect on the development of intra-city transportation infrastructure. However, the organizational structure has not had much impact on the development of intra-city transportation infrastructures, and the reliability of the dependent variable research questionnaire was obtained by calculating Cronbach's alpha equal to 0.81 and Cronbach's alpha for independent variables equal to 0.84. Exploratory factor analysis method was used to identify the effective factors on participatory management in the development of intra-city transportation infrastructures, and multivariate regression was used to determine the effect of each of the identified factors on the development of intra-city transportation infrastructures. became
