Abstract :
In this article we've shown that successful treatment should take into consideration the four factor approach; relationship therapy, creating hope and treatment expectation, raising awareness and disciplined behavior, at the same time. The Four factor above, is a common and systematic process that is not specific for any particular approach. Separating the four factor of therapeutic relationship, creating hope and treatment expectation, raising awareness and disciplined behavior (emotion, thought and function) does not mean to see them separately and believe in the independence of each one of them or the independence of mind from the brain. This four factors are multiplex issues that needs planning, in the psychotherapy process. One of the most powerful therapeutic agents is the therapeutic relationship. Raising awareness, means to alert the client of the important point of ruminations that has happened in the past, and prediction of the the future based on escape from awareness. We believe that it is necessary for the person to be faced with the escape from the awareness in the process of psychotherapy, one should also be aware of the interpretations and explanations that is done to keep this escape from awareness and their rumination. We raise hopes and expectation of treatment by effecting on the individual’s assumptions in one’s bias to the environment and interpretation of events based on their bias. By the disciplined behavior in three areas of emotion, thought and function we can process through re-regulation of one’s behavior.
