In the second stage, 67 themes were abstracted based on the obtained criteria. In the third stage, 8 themes of the well-being work behavior models,, health , anxious/avoidant , ambitious/dominant , depressed ,burnout , and dependent and obsessive were extracted from it. Validation of the data was done by the feedback method of the participants and the method of independent coders. Validation of the themes was done using the expert group method, and the criteria for determining the accuracy and robustness of the data were examined and confirmed. The results show that there are some behavioral models related to work which can affect the level of adaptability, psychological injuries caused by the job, and productivity. Therefore, paying attention to this effective factor in the formulation of preventive educational programs and interventions can be considered.
