The effect of knowledge management on the organizational health of Guilan physical education teachers

Abstract :
Today, knowledge has become a key resource in society and the success factor of organizations, and this has led to the emergence of new concepts in knowledge management. The purpose of this research is the effect of knowledge management on the organizational health of physical education teachers in Guilan province. The research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the research is physical education teachers of conservatories in Guilan province, and the statistical sample size was 92 people using cluster sampling and Morgan's table. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire, whose form and content validity has been confirmed by 10 experts in this field, and the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.80. The research data were analyzed using the statistical method of mean and Pearson's correlation coefficient and using SPSS 21 software. The research results show that all components of knowledge management, including: knowledge identification component (p=0.001, t=1.772), knowledge creation (p=0.001, t=2.365), knowledge registration component ( p=0.001, t=1.870), knowledge sharing component (p=0.001, t=1.978), knowledge implementation component (p=0.001, t=2.177), learning component (p=0.001, t=2.419), empowerment component (p=0.001, t=2.225), innovation component (p=0.001, t=1.810) and productivity component (001 p=0.0, t=2.622 have a significant impact on the organizational health of physical education teachers in Guilan province, and there is a positive and significant relationship between all these components. It seems that the results obtained from this research can help to improve the organizational health of physical education teachers in Gilan province by the using knowledge management.
