Abstract :

In this research the agendas of tourist developing in the coastal side villages of noor city emphasizing the abilities and limitation s and providing the structures and the necessary agendas for the growth and developing tourist had been and lgsed the research dates had been collected through adjusting various questionnaire field studies and documental studies’ for 24 coastal villages location in noor.The used method for determining power and weak paint, opportunity and threat is Sowat model . Data analysis and the result from that, indicating vulnerability threshold of rural paint because of high rate of tourist and this required to review and providing suitable policies.With region characteristics in order to remove limitation and suitable use from available reactive privilege.
