Assessing the Role of Rural Land Rates in Tourism Development(Case Study of javanrood district Villages)

Abstract :
Every person needs to belong to that place for travel and tourism in one place, and that sense of belonging makes the overall perception of one place for every tourist possible. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the role of rural location in tourism development. This research can be considered as a type of applied-developmental research, and is a descriptive-analytical study. The statistical population of the study consisted of 5200 household heads of rural areas of javanrood. Sample size was selected based on Cochran formula, with 358 randomly selected individuals. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 45 questions, in four variables (functional, emotional and social belonging and tourism development), with 5, 6, 8, 6, 8 and 12 questions, respectively. For data analysis, SPSS 22 and AMOS software, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, structural equations were used. The results show that, applied attribution on rural tourism development with an impact factor of 0.38, emotional attachment on rural tourism development, with an impact factor of 0.16, perceptional affiliation on rural tourism development, with an impact factor of 0.44, social belonging on rural tourism development, with a factor of 0.16. The effect of 0.56, identity belonging to the development of rural tourism, has an impact factor of 0.21. Accordingly, emotional attachment had the lowest impact on tourism development, with a factor of 0.16, and social attachment had the most effect on rural tourism development, with an impact factor of 0.56.
