Abstract :

Therefore, every region to achieve sustainable development and increased competitiveness, the strategic plan is needed. Research in order to provide effective strategies for tourism development in the village of cabbage goal of functions Badra city in Ilam province, methodology and tools and techniques AHP framework of a comprehensive strategy to put Mtmhnzr. Braynasas, according to the research in terms of methodology, a descriptive analysis based on objective, functional and via two-way data collection, documentation and field present situation, situation analysis and strategic recommendations are discussed. Qzavny targeted methods, distribution, and results obtained. In addition to looking at 30 and 35 strength and weakness opportunities and threats and scores matrix of internal and external factors as well as the diagram 9 house, extractive strategy, is maintenance. Finally, strategies for development using AHP process of prioritizing and implementing programs to implement each of the strategies of tourism development to maintain and enhance the current situation is presented.
