Abstract :
The Yasna Haft-Hati is a part of the ancient Avesta that is located in the middle of the Gatha, and its language is very close to the Gatha as the poems attributed to Zoroaster. In this part of the Avesta, concepts and instances of yazish (prayer, worship, praise) are mentioned that are not mentioned (at least explicitly) in the Gathas. like the Gatha, Since some scholars consider this Yasna, like the Gathas, to be the hymns of Zoroaster himself, while others attribute it to his disciples, examining Yazish in the Yasna Haft-Hati Yasna can clarify the early Zoroastrian' view of this concept. This issue is of particular importance because Yaz, as the root of the word Yazish/Yasna and its derivatives, has multiple and harmonious but different meanings, and replacing each of them as the meaning of the word can have a different theological aspect. In this research, by Rereading this ancient part of the Avesta and various perspectives on it, the theme of prayer and worship in the Yasna Haft-Hati will be examined.
