Abstract :
the present research seeks to answer the question of whether education based on psychological resilience can be effective in the self-differentiation and marital instability of betrayed women. The current study was a semi-experimental research with a pre-test-post-test design involving a control group. The statistical population comprised 30 out of 100 eligible women who were referred to the Afaq counseling center in Shiraz during the first quarter of 2019 due to infidelity. They were selected to take part in the training based on their low scores on the self-differentiation questionnaire and high scores on the marriage instability questionnaire. Subsequently, the participants were randomly divided into two groups of 15 individuals each (one control group and one experimental group) for the testing phase. The findings of this research demonstrate that psychological resilience training significantly contributed to enhancing self-differentiation and reducing emotional instability in betrayed women.
