Abstract :
The aim of this study was to explain the
Medition role of job stress in the relationship between psychological capital
and personnels Performance of Gachsaran oil and gas company operating in
Dashtgaz. Due to the nature and objectives, this research is Nazari type and
the correlation method is used for its implementation. The population of study
included 300 employees of Gachsaran oil and gas company which is engaged in
years 92-91. In this study, random
sampling was used. In this research and sample size was 169 with using Krejcie
and Morgan ,s table. Data is collected from the three
questionnaires: 1 - Astaynmtz job questionnaire, 2 - job performance
questionnaire of Patterson and 3 - Inventory psychological capital by
Luthans et al that the validity and
reliability have been confirmed. The results showed that there is a significant
negative correlation between job stress and job performance, and there is a
significant positive relationship between psychological capital and job
performance. The findings also showed that The mediating role of job stress in the relationship between
psychological capital and job performance plays and reduces the effects of
psychological capital on job performance.
