A Comparison of Sepah Bank branches staff in Tabriz based on their job burn-out in 2014

Abstract :
Job burn-out is an issue not only relates to the staff mental health, but also to their productivity. Therefore, considering the importance of the issue, this study compared the performance of the Sepah Bank personnel based on their job burn-out in 2014. The research method was descriptive-survey. The population of the research included all the staff in Sepah Bank branches in Tabriz, out of which using Morgan's table 222 people (32 female and 190 male) were chosen as the sample size. To gather the data two questionnaires (Paterson's job performance and Maslach standard) were used. The results showed that the staff job performance regarding emotional exhaustion, and intensity of the work and personality metamorphosis, the amount of their involvement and their academic level were different.
