The investigation of the effect of using ICT on increasing the employees' productivity (Case study: Bank Maskan personnels in Tabriz)

Abstract :
Nowadays, information and communication technology are considering a main tool for increasing the productivity. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of IT and ICT on increasing the productivity level of organizations. The research method was an applied survey. The research population included 100 employees of Maskan bank in Tabriz. The sampling method was simple random sampling. To gather the data a questionnaire was used. The reliability of the questionnaire, using cronbach's Alpha for ICT (0.84), productivity (0.86) were obtained. The inferential statistics, correlation between variables (information technology substructures IT, and the application of information with employees' productivity and t-test were investigated. The result showed a direct and meaningful relation between some variables as IT substructures, and the use of information and employees' productivity. It doesn't have any effect on employees' productivity.
