Effect of application of growth reguators and calcium on water relation and same physiological traits hirbid corn 704 under irrigation conditions

Abstract :
In order to investigate the effect of seed priming with growth regulators, calcium fertilizer and water deficit stress on yield and yield-related traits in hybrid corn 704, this research was carried out in the two crop years of 1392 and 1391 in the form of double-chopped plots in the form of blocks .Acomplete random design with three replication was corried out in marvdasht city.the research factors include the application of water shorlage stress in three control levels 1.standard irrigation: irrigation after draining 50 easily obtained water moister 2.mild stress application: irrigation after draining 60 easily obtained water moister and 3.sever stress application: irrigation after draining 70% of easily available water (as the main factor) application of calcium fertilizer in three levels 1- No use of fertilizer 2- Consumption of one liter 3- 0.5 liters of calcium fertilizer as a secondary factor and seed priming with regulating materials grows on three levels. 1-pretreatment of seeds with water for 12 hours. 2- pretreatment of seeds with ouxin hormone for 12 hours 3- pretreatment of seeds with brassinosteroid hormone for 12 hours as secondary factors. The results showed that the greatest effect on seed, cob weight, number of rowsper cob and biomass in treatments using ouxin hormone and calcium fertilizer in the condition of using irrigation standards have specific characteristics. In both years of conducting this research, the highest seed yieid with 14780 and 19906 kilogram per hectare, respectively, was related to the treatment of the use of ouxin hormone and the use of half a liter of calcium fertilizer in standard irrigation conditions. There was no significant difference in mild stress conditions. The lowest seed yield was related to seed pretreatment with water and not using calcium fertilizer in the conditions of sever stress in both years with and average of 6020 kg/ha in the first year and 12000 kg/ha in the second year, which was a decrease of 40.7% in the first year and 60.2% in the second year compared to the highest yield. In general, in mild stress, the use of ouxin hormone and calcium fertilizer reduced the effect of stress.
