Investigation of migration and propagation of Rutilus frisii kutum in Goharbaran River (Mazandaran province)

Abstract :
Abstract In order to investigate migration and propagation of Rutilus frisii kutum in Goharbaran River, sampling was started on 14 March 2008 to 21 April 2008. Temperature in the start and the end of the study was 110C& 18 0C respectively. 4192 Male and 1756 Female were caught in this time; 2204 male and 1204 female were used in propagation. Sex ratio in migrant population was unequal. (1.82Male:1Female) Average of total length in female and male brooder were 992.54145.68 cm and 429.26118.94cm, respectively. Average of weight in female and male brooder was 40.351.45cm and 34.82 0.5cm, respectively. Amount of extractive egg was 629 kg in 40 days. Absolute and relative fecundities were 40550, 40714 on this region, respectively. Average of fertilization percentage was 94.850.5. Average of condition factors in female and male brooder were 1.340.15 and 1.090.32, respectively.
