Abstract :
Abstract Artemia urmiana nauplii were used as a vector to carry probiotic bacillus to digestive system of Acipenser persicus larvae. The five speciese of probiotic bacillus as bacterial blend under the commercial title of Protexin aquatic were used for bioencapsulation of Artemia urmiana. Nauplii were bioencapsulated for 10 hours with three concentrations of 1×105, 2×105 and 3×105 bacteries per mililiter in suspension of broth and the Acipenser persicus larvae were fed on the mentioned Nauplii. The Acipenser persicus larvae were fed on the base of the 30 percent of their body weight for 6 times a day. The controlled treatment was fed on unbioencapsulated artemia nauplii. This experiment was conducted in a completely random design. The results indicated that the probiotic bacillus could influence growth parameters in Acipenser persicus larvae. In experimental treatments the probiotic bacilli significantly increased the Body weight Gain (BWG), Growth conversion efficiency (GCE), Relative Gain Ratio (RGR) and Thermal Growth Coefficient (TGC) in comparison with controled treatment (P<0.05). The experiment indicated that the probiotic bacilli have the highest ability to increase the growth parameters in Acipenser persicus larvae.
