Abstract :
Abstract[1] The effect of stocking density on biology and hematological indices (WBC, RBC, hematocrit, lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil, neutrophil) Acipencer nudiventris juvenile were studied. 446 individual of Acipencer nudiventris with the mean Weight (93.7±7.00) g and length (13.2±8.9) cm were introduced in 4 m2 tanks. This research was conducted in 3 density treatments (1.5, 3, 6 kg/m3) with 3 replicate in Khuzestan (Dezful) for 60 days. Biometry (weight, standard length) and hematological indices was measured at start point, 30th & 60th day. At the end of this study significant increasing in weight and standard length were observed without any significant difference between treatments (P>0.05). Hematocrit percentage of 6 kg/m3 was more than another treatments. Analysis of other hematological factors did not show significant difference between treatments. Density rate to 6 kg/m3 did not had negative effects on biological parameters of Acipencer nudiventris, The result confirmed that this species can tolerate culture condition in Khuzestan and it could be a new potential for introducing in aquaculture system in of this region. * Corresponding Authors; Email: hekmatpourf@gmail.com
