        Iran nuclear issue has been one of the main concerns for Iran and great powers in two decades. While the nuclear negotiations as a diplomatic instrument has been fallowed in different forms and ways, putted away in Trump administration. After victory of Joe Biden in presidential election in U.S., Iran’s nuclear negotiations have followed by 4+1 group. Although Iran’s nuclear negotiations has been influenced by many varies variable, in this article we have focused on transatlantic relations effect. According to this, the main question is: what is the effect of transatlantic relations on Iran’s nuclear negotiations in Biden administration? For answering to this question, we tried to do this research by combining method and library and documental methods and applying the theory of constructivism. The result of this article shows, when transatlantic relations turns on multilateral and integral form as we see in Biden administration, more probably the nuclear negotiations will led to revive of JCPOA.Transatlantic , constructivism , Nato , nuclear negotiations, Joe Biden, 4+1 group.         Recognizing the concept of committed democracy in political thought Dr. Ali Shariati Ali MirzaeeDr. Darab Fouladi Dr. Omid Ali Ahmadi Abstract:Ali Shariati as an intellectual in various fields in the field of contemporary Iranian thought has taken great steps and has appeared as an author thinker. The part of his intellectual production that has had a profound effect on the political and social developments of our country has been the introduction of the element of social responsibility and the concept of "commitment" to the dictionary of intellectuals and political action. To do this, he redefined politics and related concepts. In this research, researchers have examined the theoretical foundations and background of Shariati's reading of politics, especially the theory of ummah and imamate or committed democracy. In the meantime, the main question that has been the focus of the research is which macro-political approach has been influenced by Shariati in the conceptualization of committed democracy and what have been its theoretical consequences. Findings show that Shariati has been influenced by the social democracy approach in conceptualizing committed democracy and his attempt to integrate it with elements of the Shiite school is to present a theory of Imamate and redefining political concepts has led to this framework. In the process of conducting this research, the necessary information has been collected through the library method and has been inferred using a descriptive-analytical method.         The emergence of China has become a success story for actors in the central Mao region, and has been able to prove its efficiency in production, trade and finance, especially in the field of energy. China's growing tendency to counter the threat to its energy security is significant, as it intends to exert its influence in other areas as well. Emphasizing different perspectives on China's emergence in the world of oil and energy, this study seeks to answer its main question, which is China's policy to expand its influence as an emerging player in the field of oil and energy in the world, and in this way, to examine the different dimensions of this actor in the field of energy. The research method used in this research is descriptive-analytical. The results indicated that through establishing efficient and effective relationships with energy-rich actors, China could solve energy security problems on the one hand, and China is able to enter markets previously used by Mao as a sector, and on the other hand.
