ارزیابی برخی فلزات سنگین در درختان اقاقیا (Robinia pseudoascacia) واقع در کمربند سبز بزرگراه یزد

Abstract :
هدف از انجام این تحقیق، بررسی عملکرد درختان اقاقیا (Robinin Pseudoscacia) در تجمع برخی فلزات سنگین و مقایسه آنها با غلظت این فلزات در گردوغبار ریزشی جمع آوری شده در منطقه کمربند سبز بزرگراه یزد میباشد. به این منظور آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار اجرا شد. طبق نتایج بدست آمده مقدار فلزات آهن، منگنز، روی و سرب در گردو غبار رسوب کرده در تلههای رسوبگیر دارای بیشترین مقدار بودند و کمترین میزان مربوط به فلز کادمیم بود. اثرات متقابل فاصله از بزرگراه و غلظت فلزات سنگین در برگ و پوست درخت اقاقیا (Robinin Pseudoscacia) معنیدار شد (01/0p≤). نتایج نشان داد که برگ درخت اقاقیا (Robinin Pseudoscacia) با مقدار تجمع فلزات 4438 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم، توانایی بیشتری در جذب همزمان فلزات مختلف دارد. بنابراین با توجه به اینکه کمربند سبز قسمتی از شهر یزد را احاطه کرده است انتظار میرود که مقدار قابل توجهی از فلزات سنگین توسط این درختان جذب شوند.
