Abstract :
One of the concepts that is important in the discussion of digital rial and smart networks in general is the discussion of smart contracts. This issue is one of the strengths of smart networks. In this regard, the aim of the present study was to identify the factors affecting smart contracts based on rial code in the Iranian automotive industry. The present study is an applied research in terms of its objectives. The statistical population of the study includes experts in the field of rial code and smart contracts, whose sample size was determined by a non-random method and 25 people were selected to participate in the study. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect data. Grounded theory and Delphi methods were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that for the causal category, 7 concepts (trust building between business partners, transparency of expectations of the parties, matching of intentions, electronic trust, smart customers, digital support and smart communications), 7 concepts (infrastructures, compatibility, digital technologies, digital transformation, expert human resources, digital security) were identified for the intervening category, and 7 concepts (network knowledge and skills, Internet of Things, smart analytics, blockchain, smart content, website quality, cloud computing, implementation methods) were identified for the contextual category, and 9 concepts (performance assurance, communications, trust building, improvement of government laws and regulations, competitive advantage, online interactions, service level agreements, validation, commitment, transaction security) were identified for the central category, and 4 concepts (decentralization, smart execution, complexity reduction, risk assessment) and 4 concepts (profitability, speed, trust building, efficiency) were identified for the strategies. It was approved by the participants using the Delphi method.
