A structural investigation of the effect of ethical leadership on knowledge concealment based on harmonious passion and meaningfulness of work (Case Study: Saipa Engineering Design Company)

Abstract :
The present study has been conducted with the aim of structural investigation of the effect of ethical leadership on knowledge concealment based on the harmonious and meaningful passion of working in the Saipa Engineering Design Company. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, five hypotheses were developed and evaluated. This study was applied from the point of view of the topic and purpose, and based on the method and nature of doing the work, it was descriptive. The statistical population of this research consisted of all the employees of Saipa Engineering Design Company in Tabriz, and the number of employees of this company in Tabriz was 230 people. The number of statistical sample was estimated to be 140 employees. In this research, in order to collect the necessary data to test the research hypotheses, four standard questionnaires were used based on the research variables. The study questionnaires were distributed among the statistical sample after checking validity and reliability. In order to analyze the information obtained from the research questionnaires, descriptive methods and structural equation modeling were used. The obtained results showed that ethical leadership, meaningfulness of work, and harmonious enthusiasm have a negative and significant relationship with hiding knowledge, and ethical leadership has a positive and significant relationship with harmonious enthusiasm and meaningfulness of work.
