Investigating the Impact of Organizational Justice on Organizational Maturity (Case Study: Farhangian University)

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational justice on organizational growth in Farhangian University. The research method is confirmatory. For collect data was used a researcher-made questionnaire with 79 questions on a 5-point Likert scale (α=0.82). The statistical population consisted of 256 faculty members, visiting professors and faculty members and graduate staff. 153 people were selected by cluster random sampling. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling method using SPSS and LISREL software. The results showed that the coefficients obtained from the components and sub-components of organizational growth based on justice in Farhangian University are effective. Therefore, it can be said that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on the organizational growth of faculty members of Farhangian University. By implementing the proposed model, coordination and coherence between functions, activities and goals of the organization will increase. By creating an organizational growth based on justice and also paying attention to these two categories in drawing goals and organizational policy, the sense of participation and altruistic spirit and the role-playing behavior of commitment and belonging of employees in higher education institutions can be promoted
