Abstract :

In today's world, drug supply chain management becomes more complex and requires the involvement of various stakeholders such as drug manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, customers and regulators. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of dynamic supply chain on performance through the mediating role of supply chain disruption orientation and resilience in drug companies. The present study was conducted with a structural equation modeling approach. The statistical population of the study includes managers in the field of supply chain in drug manufacturing companies. A sample of 357 people was selected. The data collection tool is the standard questionnaire of Yu et al. (2019). The collected data were analyzed using SmartPls software. The results showed that dynamic supply chain has a significant effect on supply chain disruption orientation and resilience. Also, the effect of supply chain disruption orientation and resilience on performance and also the effect of supply chain disruption orientation on supply chain resilience were confirmed. Finally, it was found that dynamic supply chain affects the performance of companies through the mediating role of supply chain disruption orientation and resilience.
