The Influencing Factors in Resource Management and E-Learning Processes

Abstract :
The present research, carried out in 2009, aimed at studying the effective factors in resource management and e-learning processes. In this descriptive, survey, and cross-sectional study, the population of the study consisted of managers, professors, experts, and other specialists involved in electronic learning in Tehran. 98 participants were selected randomly as sample group. Statistical data were collected through researcher-designed questionnaire using global experiments. Data validity was identified according to the experts of this field. The stability of the questionnaire was measured 0.80 through Crobnach's Alpha using SPSS software. Data analysis was performed through both descriptive and inferential statistics (chi-square test). The results showed that strategic factors, legal-administrative factors, technical-technological factors, educational factors, economic factors and social-cultural factors are very important in the development of e-learning, respectively.
