Presenting a Quantum Management Development Model in Sport Organizations with Grounded Theory Approach

Abstract :

    Abstractthe purpose of this study was to present a quantum management model in sport organizations with a grounded theory approach. This was done by conducting a grounded theory qualitative research method. In this research, through literature review and exploratory interviews to identify the components of quantum management development in sports organizations, the data extraction method and content analysis method (analysis unit coding, categories and registration unit) were analyzed. For conducting field interviews, the statistical population of the study consisted of sport management professors, managers of sport organizations (Ministry of Sport and Youth, Sport Federations), who were selected purposefully (snowball) for qualitative interviews on the subject of the research. (16 interviews with 14 individuals continued to theoretical saturation). The results showed that quantum specific traits, organization policy, infrastructures, intra-organizational factors, intra-organizational factors and financial empowerment are the main dimensions of conceptual model of quantum management components development in sport organizations.
