Abstract:
Today, one of the important issues that organizations face is how supervisors treat employees fairly; in fact, this has caused individuals to be committed to the organization and help it achieve organizational goals. Organizational justice is the degree to which employees feel that the organizational rules, procedures, and policies related to their work are fair. Given that we are in an Islamic country, utilizing the teachings of Islam in the field of establishing justice is very important and vital. Therefore, presenting an organizational justice model based on Islamic standards and Islamic governance is an important necessity in government organizations. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of presenting an organizational justice model based on Islamic governance approaches (case study: Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology). The qualitative research method is based on grand theory and the use of in-depth interviews. The statistical population is experts, and 15 university professors and senior managers of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology participated in this study as experts. Three coding stages with MaxQuda software were used to analyze the data. The results of data analysis and analysis show that 102 indicators or subcategories were identified as indicators of the organizational justice model based on Islamic governance approaches, which were categorized into 17 main categories. Also, in the third stage of coding, the 17 main categories were categorized into three main and final dimensions of the organizational justice model based on Islamic governance approaches, including distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Finally, the proposed research model is presented and strategies for improving justice in the organization are presented.
