In his valuable book, “ Nahjolbalagheh” , Ali (AS) discusses some points on the Islamic management that after many centuries the after many centuries the advanced school of management in western counties have achieved them just in the recent years. The patterns provided in this paper are solely those that were currently practiced by hazarat Ali (AS) in his speech and conduct. By having a deep study in the speech and acts of this great man. One may find a school which can be applicable across a country of the universal muslims society. It can be presented as a school of management. Concerning the preservation of the system, control and the correlational rights of the managers and the subordinates, some models are presented in this paper which can be implemented and applied
