Abstract :

The goal of this research is to investigate the the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats forthe Anzali Branch of Islamic Azad University. Based on six quantitative indexes, we determinecontingency and suitable strategies . Documents and a questionnaire were used to determine theinternal and external strategic situations, respectively. The results show that education, research,students, and reconstruction have weaknesses. Therefore, combination strategies should be used topromote the university, with an emphasis on defensive strategies
