Abstract :
This study investigated the effects of organizational structure and organizational climate on knowledge management, and their relationship with innovative behavior is also studied. Since innovation is a critical tool for creating value and sustainable competitive advantage in organizations and knowledge is one of the sources of innovative behavior, this study attempt to influence the organizational structure and organizational climate on knowledge management and innovative behavior in insurance industry. This study form the purpose perspective is applicable and form analytical techniques is descriptive and implemented. For data collection we used standard questionnaires to test the hypotheses. Finally, this study shows there is a relationship among knowledge management and innovative behavior with considering the role of organizational structure and organizational climate in Guilan Insurance Industry.
