Abstract :

The empirical  results  reported  in this  dissertation  suggest  that  the  simple  livear  relationships  to  explain  the  relation  between  selected  variables  are  not  suitable  but  the  logarithmic  linaear  transformation  of  nonlinear  relation  are  very  better  than them  the  relationship examined  in  this  dissertion  include  relationship  between  chash  dividend  policy  on liquidity  rations  (  )  and  (  )  profitability  ratio. Stockholders   dispersion  and  marginal  tax  rate.  Cash   dividend = f (Liquidity   rations,  profitability  ratio  and  marginal  tax  rate)  in order  to  test  on  hypothesis , we examined  the  behavior  of  all  stock  listed  on  the  Tehran  stick  exchange  that  payed  a  dividend  during  the  period  1372 to 1378. We defined  PB  as  the  closing  price  on  the  day  before  a stock  went  ex-dividend. PA  was  measured  by  the  closing  price  on  the  ex-dividend  day.
