Abstract :
The basic element of privatization on the basis of profitability all over the world, is the increasing of contestpower and effectiveness. Because of expectations from privatization about decreasing of salaries and increasing ofexpulsion from job, the employees are against implementing of privatization. The economical outcomes showvague impacts of privatization. One of the ways of decreasing of expenses and increasing of effectiveness ofsubmission companies to private sector is decreasing of employees. With submission of public companies to privatesector, employees of privatized companies are steadily encounter whit increasing of effectiveness from their newbosses. Incompliance of these demands will result in decreasing of salaries, changing of jobs seats and expulsions.these new terms has caused anxieties in human sources areas. This survey has probed the impact of privatizationwhit emphasis on incitement of job, organizational commitment and mentality. The outcome of survey shows thatthe commitment, mentality and incitement of employees are decreased after privatization.
