Abstract :
This article is arranged based on a research plan which its goals is evaluation of the possibility of applying flexible human resource structure in industrial organizations. In this research, applying conditions of just in time (J.I.T) and flexible manufacturing systems (F.M.S) have brought up as a pioneer flexible movements in industrial units and based on based two phenomenon, the nescessity of making human resource structure have been considered. This article has attempted to describe the reason for choosing the subject, the research theories, the organizations and means of gathering information, the used model for identifiying the degree of coordination of industrial units with flexible structure of Manpower and briefly refers to characteristics of flexible structure of human resource and finally a brief refrence to the literature of flexible human resource structure, been presented. It is hoped that after completion of the research, its finding be presented in a form of complenentary article.
