Abstract :
This research has been done with the aim of providing a model for monitoring public policies with an emphasis on the digital age in the banking system. The type of research is applied and developmental in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of the type of data. The research participants in the qualitative part included scientific and executive experts working in the banking system, who were selected using a judgmental and purposeful sampling method, and in the quantitative part, they included experts working in the headquarters of the Entrepreneur Bank, who used the Cochran formula to determine the sample size. It was determined that they were selected using a simple random sampling method. The data collection tool in the qualitative part included a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the interviews was confirmed through retesting, and the content validity of the quantitative part of the questionnaire was also confirmed by experts. In order to analyze the data of the qualitative part, the method of theme analysis was used, and structural equation modeling was used for the quantitative part. The analysis of the findings showed that the pattern of monitoring public policies with emphasis on the digital age includes internal antecedents, external antecedents, monitoring public policies and consequences. The results of quantitative analysis also confirm the significant relationship between the indicators and components of the research model at the alpha level of 0.05.
