Abstract :

The quality of governance plays an important role in the quality of the business environment. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of designing a model of business ease governance within the framework of the law of the Sixth Economic, Social and Cultural Development Plan of the country. The research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of data collection and has a quantitative approach. The study population is the business system of the country and 15 qualified experts were selected to form an expert panel. In the quantitative part and in order to test the model, Abbas abad industrial town with 40,000 people was considered as a statistical population and 380 people were selected as a statistical sample according to Morgan table using stratified random sampling method. The data collection method is field and the tool is a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the opinions of professors and experts and the reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha (0.76). After extracting the dimensions and components from the theoretical foundations, theoretical saturation was achieved using the fuzzy Delphi technique and fuzzy inference was used to achieve the desired combination of components. The results showed that in governance, the component of single exchange rate and foreign exchange market stability and coverage of fluctuations; In contractual affairs, the component of domestic and foreign investment and in partnership affairs, the component of familiarity with laws are of the most important importance in the desired combination.
