Designing a process risk identification model in economic enterprises with an organizational monitoring approach

Abstract :
Today, the challenges of risk management are increasingly composed of a complex network that can threaten business and create new opportunities for enterprise management. Understanding the risks faced by economic enterprises makes it possible for company managers to create a better ability to recognize and deal with unexpected events. Therefore, the current research was carried out with the aim of designing a model for identifying process risks in economic enterprises with the approach of organizational monitoring. This research is an applied research, based on the grounded theory method. In this research, the factors affecting process risk in economic enterprises with the approach of organizational supervision, including the recognition of the enterprise, risk discovery, neutralization and control of internal risks, prevention of damages in the economic enterprise and the risk importance index were investigated. According to the results, the influence of the company recognition index is equal to 1.370 and it has the highest influence among the indicators. Also, the effectiveness of this index is equal to 0.243, which is the lowest among the indicators.
