Investigating the Relationship between Internal Organizational Factors and Political Behavior, Emphasizing the Moderating Role of Political Skill in the Ministry of Sports and Federations

Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between internal organizational factors and political behavior, emphasizing the moderating role of political skill in the Ministry of Sports and Federations, and presenting a model. The research population was the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and federations, from which 705 people (433 men, 272 women) were selected by stratified random sampling. A questionnaire was used to measure the studied variables. The evaluation of the proposed model was done through structural equation modeling (SEM) and using SPSS and PLS software. The findings showed that the proposed model has a good fit with the data. The theoretical explanation of the final model showed that internal organizational factors create perceptions of politics in the organization, which provide the foundations for the formation of political behavior, and political skill plays a moderating role in the relationship between internal organizational factors and political behavior. they do According to the findings of the research on the effect of internal organizational factors on political behavior, political skill was not confirmed on political behavior. According to the obtained results, it is better for the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the federations to pay special attention to the variables of internal organizational factors, perceptions of politics, and political skills in order to create effective political behaviors in improving the organization's efficiency.
