Feasibility of developing electronic contracts based on professional football jurisprudence

Abstract :
Purpose: The current research was designed and implemented with the feasibility of developing electronic contracts based on the professional football jurisprudence. Method: The current research method was a mixed type that was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The statistical population in the qualitative section included experts in the field of research. The statistical population of this research in the quantitative part was all the members of the Football Federation Assembly, which included 89 people. The tools of data collection in this research included semi-structured interviews and researcher-made questionnaires. In order to analyze the data of the present research in the qualitative part, theme analysis was used in the form of coding of research interviews. Also, structural equation method was used in the quantitative part. All data analysis process of this research was done in SPSS and PLS software. Findings: The results showed that a total of 5 factors, including infrastructural aspects, factors related to laws and regulations, cultural aspects, knowledge platforms and motivational platforms were determined as requirements and platforms related to the development of electronic contracts based on professional football jurisprudence. Results: The development of electronic contracts based on professional football jurisprudence as an important and key principle requires comprehensive attention to various issues, including infrastructure aspects, factors related to laws and regulations, cultural aspects, knowledge bases and motivational bases.
