Abstract :
The purpose of the present study is the effect of leadership styles on organizational excellence in the Volleyball Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The present study is a pragmatism research paradigm, a mixed research approach, and a descriptive-survey strategy in the first part of the latent content analysis and in the quantitative part. The research sample in the first part was 15 experts in the field of organizational excellence and sports management, and in the second part was 205 employees, coaches, and doctors of the Volleyball Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. After analyzing the content of the foundations and models of organizational excellence in the form of a closed and open questionnaire using the fuzzy Delphi method, the researcher provided the indicators and dimensions of organizational excellence to the experts and in two stages, after confirming the face validity and content of CVR and CVI, provided the measurement indicators to the quantitative sample. Then, these indicators were analyzed for quantification and presentation of a structural model using Smart PLS software. The reliability of the model based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient, AVE, Spearman's coefficient and composite reliability (CR) with the modification of the measurement model are respectively above 0.7, 0.6, 0.7 and 0.5 and the research variables have high reliability. In all cases, the CR coefficients are greater than AVE and the model has convergent validity. Also, according to the cross-loading test, it was observed that the factor loading of each question related to its own variable is at least 0.1 higher than when it is virtually attached to other variables. Also, according to the Froner and Larker test and table, it was observed that all the AVE roots of the correlation of that variable are higher than other variables. Finally, according to the multi-method and multi-trait test index (HTMT), it was observed that the HTMT value in all components attached to the questions is less than 1. Therefore, the divergent validity of the measurement model is also confirmed. Considering this issue, the results of the research also showed that there are effective factors and contexts in which leadership styles are effective on the organizational excellence of the Volleyball Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
