Analysis of Social Interest in Group and Individual Sports: Case Study of Mazandaran Province Students

Abstract :
various governments are trying to increase the participation of people in sports activities, one of their main strategies is to attract school students to sport. The purpose of this article is to analyze how to interest students in sport based on their social dimension, which is discussed in two separate groups and groups. The method of this research is descriptive and comparative. The statistical population of the study consisted of male and female students studying in the second grade secondary education of Sari district 2. Data collection was based on a researcher-made questionnaire that a group of psychology and physical education professors confirmed its validity. Also, its reliability was estimated to be α = 82. Anova's test used for data analyses that the Research findings show that Anova's test did not show any difference between social interest and individual and group sports. There was no difference between male and female sexes, but girls had little interest in sports than boys. According to research findings, by creating a more open and competitive sport space, social and sports interest can be established.
