Abstract :
The present paper investigates the influence of cultural factors on team work and collective activity. In other words it aims to examine the effects of cultural factors along with its components on collective work including its subparts such as common goals, common feelings, common values and common interactions). The research population consisted of all women of the city of Tehran who were 20 years of age and above who in 1397 (2018 B.C.) numbered 2817308, of whom, using SPSS sample power software and multi-step cluster sampling technique, 520 individuals were selected as the sample. The results showed that independent variables such as instrumental rationality, cultural capital, and religiosity were significantly related to collective work. Individualism was not significantly related to collective work. The moderating effect of generalized commitment had a positive effect on the relationship between religiosity and collective work. In other words, generalized commitment enhanced and promoted the connection between religiosity and collective work.
